Limited Lifetime Warranty

LIFETIME WARRANTY EXTENSION RIDER

This document serves as a supplemental warranty agreement to extend the customer’s original 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year hybrid battery warranty issued by Hybrid Battery 911, LLC (“HB911”).

Customers may extend their original warranty coverage for the lifetime of their ownership of the vehicle through a monthly subscription starting at $20.99 per month, or through an annual payment option where available. This extension continues warranty protection under the exact same terms and conditions outlined in the original warranty agreement. All original provisions shall remain in effect, including mileage requirements and restrictions, exclusions and voiding conditions, commercial use policies, geographic service limitations, core return obligations, claim procedures, and applicable deductible schedules. No additional or revised terms are implied by this rider beyond the continuation of the original warranty’s coverage.

HB911 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to satisfy any warranty claim by providing a replacement battery of equivalent age, condition, and functionality, which may include a remanufactured unit. Replacement with a new battery is not guaranteed and shall not be assumed or implied unless expressly stated in the original warranty agreement.

The lifetime extension remains valid only as long as subscription payments are received on or before the due date. Missed or late payments will result in immediate termination of coverage, and the warranty will be considered void from the date of payment lapse. Reinstatement following a lapse in payment is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional conditions or fees.

This rider is available exclusively to customers who purchased an eligible HB911 hybrid battery with a 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year warranty and who are the current owner of the covered vehicle. This warranty extension is not transferable under any circumstance.

To enroll, customers must subscribe through the HB911 online warranty system at the time of sale and provide valid credit card information for automatic recurring payments.

HYBRID BATTERY 911 LLC WARRANTS THAT THIS PRODUCT IS FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF 1 YEAR/8 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, EXCEPT IF NOTED OTHERWISE.

This warranty does becomes null and void if there is damage caused by and of the following: misuse, abuse or an accident causing damage to said battery; alteration of the battery of any kind, including attaching any after market accessory, improper removal/installation, exposure to harsh chemicals or lack of proper maintenance.

In addition, hybrid battery warranty is null and void if tape/stickers applied by Hybrid Battery 911 LLC is removed, cut, or tampered with in any way. Acts of God, such as fire and flood will null and void hybrid battery warranty.

This warranty is fully transferable to the next owner(s) of said vehicle (transfer fee of $75 does apply with each change of ownership). New owner must contact Hybrid Battery 911 LLC within 30 days of purchase date to register transfer of warranty.

OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO VEHICLES USED FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES SUCH AS UBER, LYFT, TAXI OR COURIER SERVICES.

In every case, Hybrid Battery 911 LLC shall not be responsible for any type of damage to the hybrid battery. Any warranty outside of this written warranty (expressed or implied) is excluded from coverage.

By accepting this product and service from Hybrid Battery 911 LLC, owner of the vehicle does hereby waive and release any claim now or in the future against Hybrid Battery 911 LLC, its agents, directors, employees, officers or customers, on account of any and all claims, suits, demands, and legal proceedings, whether criminal or civil, damages, losses, liabilities (including, but not limited to, strict liability in tort), judgments, penalties, sanctions, fines, and any costs arising from in connection therewith, including legal fees which may result out of injury to or death or loss or damage to property or the loss of use of any property which may come about out of the possession, condition, use or operation of this product and service.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights based on state(s) of coverage, in this case being limited to coverage state of repaired service, unless otherwise noted.

To request a warranty service, Hybrid Battery 911 LLC requires that customer has the fault codes scanned prior to warranty appointment being scheduled.

Should our technician show up on a warranty service call and there are no fault codes for the hybrid battery, the customer will be charged a $250 service call fee. Please have the car scanned in advance of scheduling this valuable warranty appointment.
