SILVER HYBRID BATTERY WARRANTY
Hybrid Battery 911, LLC (hereinafter "HB911") is pleased to provide our customers with a SILVER 1-YEAR WARRANTY. If you choose to purchase this warranty, please read and retain a copy of the warranty agreement for your records. A copy of this warranty will be provided to the customer at the time of purchase.
Important Usage Notice:
This warranty and the associated hybrid battery are not recommended for individuals who drive fewer than 7,500 miles annually or fewer than 625 miles per month. This is because hybrid batteries rely on regular vehicle use to maintain optimal performance, as frequent driving enables the battery to charge and cycle properly. Prolonged inactivity or minimal use can result in reduced battery lifespan or failure.
All terms and conditions outlined in this agreement are deemed accepted upon purchase and/or payment of the SILVER 1-YEAR WARRANTY. By initiating payment, taking delivery of a battery, or otherwise using the product or services covered by this agreement, the customer provides implied consent and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
Warranty Coverage
Seller's liability under this agreement is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective or failed hybrid battery originally installed by HB911. In the event of a valid warranty claim, HB911 will replace the failed battery with an equivalent battery at no cost to the customer, provided the customer's warranty is active, current on payments, and not void due to any violation of the terms herein.
Warranty Duration
This warranty remains in force for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. It is not valid beyond that term unless the customer elects to upgrade to a lifetime warranty as outlined in this agreement. Continued eligibility is contingent upon compliance with all conditions herein and the continued operation of HB911.
Geographic Scope of Service
Warranty service is valid only in states currently serviced by HB911. Should the hybrid battery fail in an unserviced state, the customer is responsible for transporting the vehicle to a serviced location. Transportation and towing costs are the customer's responsibility. A list of serviced states is available at www.hybridbattery911.com.
Commercial Use Policy
Vehicles driven over 45,000 miles annually are considered commercial. Customers must disclose commercial use prior to initiating coverage. An additional fee of $699 applies to commercial vehicles. This warranty applies to commercial vehicles such as UBER, LYFT, taxis, and courier services, but may be subject to mileage-based restrictions. Contact HB911 for additional terms and pricing.
Warranty Voiding Conditions
Warranty coverage is void under the following circumstances: the vehicle is stationary for 14 or more consecutive days; removal or tampering of HB911 quality control/tamper-proof stickers; abuse, misuse, accidents, or poor engine performance; fuel or oil depletion; customer failure to address diagnostic fault codes provided at installation; unauthorized modification or installation of aftermarket accessories; improper handling or installation of hybrid battery components; exposure to chemicals or excessive moisture; damage due to pests (e.g., rodents, insects); acts of nature or force majeure (e.g., floods, fires, hurricanes); failure to repair or replace a faulty "combination meter" prior to service.
Low Mileage Deductible Policy
Inadequate mileage may result in irreversible battery damage. Customers will incur additional costs based on the table below if hybrid battery failure is attributed to insufficient driving:
Battery Replacement Fee
Mileage | Battery Replacement Fee
0 – 1,500 miles/ 125 miles a month | Full retail price
1,501 – 2,500 miles/ 208 miles a month | $1,099
2,501 – 4,000 miles/ 333 miles a month | $899
4,001 – 5,500 miles/ 458 miles a month | $699
5,501 – 7,500 miles/ 625 miles a month | $499
Mileage is calculated as: (Current Odometer - Previous Odometer) ÷ Time Passed × 12 months. If current mileage cannot be confirmed, the warranty appointment is void.
Warranty Claim Requirements
Customers must scan for OBD fault codes and provide photo evidence of all current codes before a service appointment is scheduled. Hybrid-related codes are required to validate claims. Any unrelated codes that affect performance must be resolved before a replacement can occur.
Lights activating on your dashboard, including messages such as "Check Hybrid System," is not necessarily an indication of a hybrid battery issue and may indicate other issues with the hybrid system not related to the battery. Codes must be pulled to determine the exact issue to initiate a warranty claim. A refundable deposit of $350 is required for warranty claims submitted without current or confirmed hybrid battery fault codes. If no relevant codes are found during an on-site visit, the $350 becomes a non-refundable service fee.
Transferability The SILVER 1 YEAR WARRANTY is fully transferable to the next owner of the vehicle that received the reconditioned hybrid battery from HB911. This transfer must be completed within 14 days of the sale of the vehicle and is free of charge. The warranty can only be transferred once. Please contact HB911 as soon as said vehicle is sold to a new owner. HB911 can be reached at 1-888-761-1911, www.hybridbattery911.com, or email to: support@hybridbattery911.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties
HB911 warrants that the installed hybrid battery is free from material defects and workmanship from the date of purchase. All other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. HB911 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to satisfy any warranty claim by providing a replacement battery of equivalent age, condition, and functionality, which may include a remanufactured unit. Replacement with a new battery is not guaranteed and shall not be assumed or implied unless expressly stated in the original warranty agreement.
Limitation of Liability
HB911 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is strictly limited to the remedies described herein.
Release of Claims
By accepting this warranty, the vehicle owner releases HB911 and its representatives from all claims arising out of the use or operation of the product.
Jurisdiction
All disputes or claims related to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or county courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Each party irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue.
***Notice for Drop Shipped Batteries Only:
Batteries that are drop shipped are subject to additional terms and conditions. Hybrid Battery 911 will cover shipping to the customer; however, the customer is responsible for core return shipping costs. For convenience, a prepaid return shipping label will be included on the invoice. The customer or their designated installer is responsible for completing the battery installation.
Core Charge:
All battery purchases require the return of a core unit. If an HB911 technician performs the installation, no core charge will apply, as the original core will be retrieved at the time of service. For batteries shipped directly to the customer, the core must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Failure to comply will result in a core charge of $500, $750, or $1,500—depending on the specific battery model—plus a $250 charge for the reusable shipping container. A temporary hold may be placed on the customer’s credit card during this process and will be refunded upon core return. For ease, a return shipping fee will be added to the invoice. The customer is responsible for returning the core using the original shipping container provided.
Returns and Refunds:
Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, provided the batteries or modules are in unused and original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. For standard (non-special order) products canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued, less any credit card or bank transaction fees incurred. Special order batteries are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items will be clearly indicated on the invoice as “Special Order, No Returns.”
