There is a reason most qualified auto mechanics do not work on hybrid batteries; these batteries are heavy (weighing hundreds of pounds), contain hazardous materials, and contain a very high voltage, which could result in significant injury or death. We rate modules on factors such as age, amp-hour capacity, watt-hour energy, internal resistance, average voltage, and weight. Only our top 10% of the best modules qualify as premium for the gold-level batteries.  While the standard modules are suitable for many customers, some customers want peace of mind knowing they have a higher-quality, better-performing battery.  The gold batteries with premium reconditioned modules also come with a standard 3-year warranty. Don't be fooled by our competitors who offer premium modules as their entry-level battery. Our competitor's premium modules are similar to our standard modules. For those who want to upgrade even further, we also offer brand new modules with a 5-year warranty with our platinum batteries.  

Yes! We have a battery for everyone. Our entry-level battery, "Silver-1," comes with our standard reconditioned modules and an an initial 1-year warranty. Our "Gold-3" batteries come with our premium, higher-quality modules and a full 3-year warranty. Our Platinum-5 batteries come with brand-new modules and our longest 5-year warranty. Unlike our competitors, we also offer an option to extend the battery to a lifetime warranty that is transferable!
